We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

• Return Window: 60 days from the date of purchase.

• Return Method: By mail.

• Return Label: A prepaid return label is included in the package at no cost to you.

• Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply.

• Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.

We accept product exchanges for items that are defective or if you wish to exchange an unused product for another item. Exchanges must adhere to the same 60-day return window and product condition requirements.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@longjuvity.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and you must follow the return process instead.
